The conversation you've been having alone.
Sex is one of the most human parts of life, and one of the least talked about.

What people bring here
Confidence. Body image. Desire discrepancies. Vaginal pain during sex. Hormonal health.
Wanting to want it, and not knowing how. Body confidence that disappears the second the lights go off. Pain that's been ignored, explained away, or normalized for years.
Or perhaps you're just wanting to embrace and grow your sexual self. Nothing here is too specific to say out loud. I work with individuals and couples.
Desire is information
A change in desire is rarely random. It's usually carrying something: exhaustion, resentment, fear, grief, a body that stopped feeling like a safe place to be.
We treat it as information rather than a malfunction, and we follow it to what's actually going on.
Individuals and couples
With individuals, the work is often about reclaiming a sense of ownership over your own experience.
With couples, it's about being able to say the true thing to each other and survive it, then build something more honest on the other side.
This may be a good fit if you
- feel disconnected from your body during sex
- want to understand a change in desire, yours or your partner's
- carry shame or confusion around a sexual experience
- experience pain or discomfort you've been told to just live with
- want a space where you can actually say the thing out loud
How I work with this
- Sex-positive and relational, focused on what's underneath rather than technique alone.
- Trauma-informed and IFS-informed pacing, so nothing moves faster than you do.
- Somatic inquiry, because the body is part of the conversation.
- Clear, plain language. No euphemisms, no lectures.
How we begin
We start with a free 15 minute consult so I can hear the basics about why you're coming to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. From there we typically work in a 12-week structure, with goals worked every session.

Most ED treatment is built for crisis. Very little of it is built for the years after, when you're technically “fine,” but still negotiating with your body every day.
