Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how information submitted through [DOMAIN] is handled. It covers the website only. Clinical records are governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices.
What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, your preferred way to be contacted, who care is for, and a brief non-clinical note about what brings you in. That is the full extent of it.
The form deliberately does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, eating disorder history, medications, date of birth, or insurance details. Please do not include that information in the message field. Email is not a secure channel, and sensitive clinical detail belongs in a session or in a secure system after you become a client.
How the information is used
What you send is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, and, if it is a good fit, schedule a free consultation. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
Service providers
This website is hosted, and inquiry messages are delivered, through third-party service providers such as a web host, an email provider, and a scheduling platform. Those providers process information only to operate the service and are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. If privacy-conscious analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate measures such as page views and referring sites, and are not used to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their settings.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a basic record of correspondence. If you do not become a client, your message and contact details are deleted within a reasonable period, generally within twelve months. If you do become a client, record keeping is then governed by New York State requirements for licensed clinicians.
Children
This website is not directed to children. Inquiries about care for a teenager should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
Your requests
You can ask what information about you is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send your request through the contact form , and it will be answered promptly.
Therapy outcomes differ from person to person. Nothing here is a guarantee of specific results, and this website is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
