Psychedelic Integration Support
The experience is the easy part. Integration is the work.
Preparation and integration therapy for adults in New York who are considering, or have already had, a psychedelic experience. I do not provide psychedelics. I help you make sense of what happens around them.

What integration actually is
People come out of a psychedelic experience carrying material that is vivid, disorganized, sometimes destabilizing, and often meaningful in ways they cannot yet put into words. Without somewhere structured to put it, most of it fades, or gets flattened into a tidy story that does not hold up three months later.
Integration is what turns an experience into a change. Preparation beforehand, structured work afterward. That is what I am trained to do.
What I do and do not do
What I do
- Preparation sessions before a legal, supervised experience
- Structured integration sessions afterward, ongoing rather than one-off
- Coordination of care with a prescribing psychiatrist where ketamine is part of your treatment
- Referral to psychiatrists who supervise ketamine-assisted treatment
What I do not do
- Provide, administer, source or supply any substance
- Recommend, endorse or help you obtain anything illegal
- Supervise or sit with you during an experience
- Replace medical or psychiatric care
Training
In May 2026 I completed the Psychedelic Therapy Training Program at the Columbia School of Social Work: 112 hours of didactic training, more than 50 hours of asynchronous coursework specific to psychedelic-assisted therapy, and 600 hours of practicum in a clinical setting offering ketamine services and psychedelic research.
Formal training embedded in a clinical degree is uncommon in this field, which is part of why I am offering this work.

Who this is for
- You are working with a psychiatrist on ketamine-assisted treatment and want a therapist working alongside it
- You have had an experience and cannot find language for it
- You are considering one and would rather prepare than improvise
- Something opened, then closed again, and you want it to hold this time

How we begin
We start with a free 15 minute consult so I can hear the basics about why you're coming to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.
